Bookings will be confirmed via text or email if given.

Payments will be made via invoice that shall be sent at the time of booking and will have to be paid in full no less than 48 hours before the session .

Cancellations are to be made at least 48 hours prior to the session or you may still be charged.

Late cancellations are taken on a case-by-case basis and in emergency cases the session may be rescheduled but this is at the discretion of Sam's Canine Academy.

Training packages will be refundable until 48 hours before the first session after which point it is non-refundable.

Sam’s Canine Academy cannot accept responsibility for loss, injury, or damage to a person, dog, or property.

Dogs must be under control and on a lead in public areas and only off lead when deemed safe by the trainer.

Owners always remain responsible for their dogs during any session.

Children are welcome to attend training sessions and pack walks however parents must communicate to children to be sensible around dogs and to always listen to the trainer for their safety and the safety of the dogs.

When training in public areas all dogs must be fully wormed, protected by vaccines and had a full health check by a vet.

All bite history must be declared at the time of booking.

There will be an additional charge for any cases with previous bite history.

Travel costs will apply to all sessions that are at an agreed location or at the owner’s home.

I authorise Sam’s Canine Academy to obtain any emergency veterinary care that may be necessary during the time spent with my dog(s). I understand that every effort will be made to contact me prior to obtaining emergency care. I accept responsibility for any charges related to this emergency care.

I declare that everything discussed during the consultation I know is true and a fair representation of my dog(s).
